Villa Philothera - Perissa

Villa Philothera is a newly built, family unit, designed according to the typical Cycladic style. It’s ideally situated, just 70 meters from the most beautiful beach of Santorini - Perissa Beach. The whole area is ideal beach for swimming, sunbathing and sea sports.The main road of Perissa and resort center is also just 50 metres away, where you will find cafes, pubs, restaurants, super market, taxis, tourist offices and a bus station. We offer many activities such as a traditional sailing boat day trip round the beautiful surroundings, a Santorini volcano sunset cruise and visits to the traditional winery. In cooperation with travel offices, we can provide volcano trips and car rentals with discounts. Bookings for more than 3 nights are offered free transfer upon arrival (one way) from the port or airport to the villa. For bookings of more than 7night, free transfers on arrival and departure are offered.

The villa is located only 70 metres from the black sandy beach of Perissa and 50 metres from Perissa’s water park. The villa is located halfway between the beach and the main road. Close to the hotel there are many nice restaurants and cafe bars. Perissa is the most famous beach of Santorini and it is also very near to an archaeological site: the Ancient Thira.

If you book 3 nights or more, you will receive free transportation from the airport or port to the hotel one way. In such a case, please call or email the hotel informing them of your flight number, or name of the boat, and your arrival time in Santorini. The driver will be waiting for you at the meeting point. Please note, for bookings of one or 2 weeks, all transfers are free from and to the hotel from the port or airport. By Taxi: We cooperate with taxi no8. Breakfast is served from 07.30 to 10.30. You can enjoy your breakfast in your room. Taste the free Greek traditional coffee.

The villas consists of 4 double rooms and one apartment, 3 of them have a small kitchen (suitable only to make breakfast). The apartments have 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 3-6 persons.
